Fundamental Hydraulics – A three-day course that emphasizes the fundamentals and principles of hydraulic system operation.
Troubleshooting – A three-day course designed for individuals involved with troubleshooting hydraulic systems in the industrial environment.
Leaks, Causes and Cures – Covers how to identify seals and specify seal materials, how to identify and stop leaks, and proper hose routing techniques to reduce leaks and extend the life of the hose. Students are provided reference materials.
Electro Hydraulics – A three-day course that emphasizes the fundamentals and principles of electro-hydraulic system components and circuit operation.
Mobile Hydraulics – This four-and-a-half-day course is an expanded version of the three-day Fundamental Hydraulics course, including hands-on exercises that focus on mobile component construction and operation and the role of the individual components in an operating mobile hydraulic system.
Advanced Mobile Hydraulics – This four-and-a-half-day course covers how to select and properly size components used in mobile hydraulic circuits.
Total Machine Safety – The first fully-integrated electrical and fluid power machine safeguarding training program.
Circuit Design – A four-and-a-half-day course that covers how to select and properly size components used in industrial hydraulic circuits.
Each standard or customized course includes:
- All courses taught by experienced Certified Training Instructors
- All student materials customized for each class
- Structured classroom environment at our facility, your company, or an off-site location
- Hands-on exercises
- Class size up to 12 students
- Lunches, beverages and snacks during breaks
- Pre- and post-course assessments
- Certificates of completion
- Course length from one to five days
Full payment with a purchase order or credit card is required upon registration. A full refund will be issued only if the customer contacts S.G. Morris in writing no fewer than ten business days prior to the first day of class or if the class is canceled by S.G. Morris. Cancellations made less than ten business days before the start of class, or students who do not attend, will be charged in full and no refund will be issued.
